Light-duty cars, SUVs, and small trucks stuck in snow, a shallow ditch, or a soft shoulder when we have a safe anchor. We are not a heavy rotator or off-road recovery company.
Stay out of traffic. Do not have untrained people pull the vehicle with another car. Tell dispatch if the vehicle is on ice, a steep slope, or blocking a lane.
We will say so and quote a tow or refer a heavier recovery outfit rather than risk the vehicle or our equipment.
